The last fifty years of American history
is Trump’s ace in the hole
We are sealing a sealing a bargain with someone
who is at odds with the corrupt powers he aids and abets
I mean what he means by Deep State
He serves this force because it runs everything
His ambivalence is inevitable
His base is not this Power
But this power is his master
It would be lovely if both were gone
It is most ugly to have to choose between them.
It is that sad choice we somehow need to understand.
Or else when Trump is chased out we will be left with more decades of stasis courtesy of the Military Industrial Complex AKA the Power
