I have avoided hangouts like the plague and find Google’s general efforts to be cumbersome and almost thoughtless. Best thing has been the engine and their business plan which should have been universally implemented for universal benefit. But that’s anpother story. Otherwise absent engine and YouTube they should redo everything.
